Gold has the highest density in our range of Balsamic vinegars of Modena PGI. It is very thick and aromatic, perfect pairing for meat, matured cheese, fruit, ice cream, sauces, rice, soups and eggs. Gluten free (no starch added). No sugar added. Suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians. 

Containers: 100ml bottle, 250 ml bottle and 5L tank

Single Estate: our producer owns the vineyard, the production facilities and the cellar and controls the whole production chain

Ingredients: 60% cooked grape must from a blend of local grapes variety (Lambrusco and Trebbiano) and 40% of red wine vinegar

Magna Mater Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is a 1.34 density balsamic vinegar made of single estate hand picked grapes, 100% Italian, from Modena. Being produced in Modena is a compulsory parameter in order to be called Balsamic Vinegar. Anything produced outside Modena and Reggio Emilia provinces cannot be called Balsamic Vinegar as this product is typical of this area only and it is protected by the PGI status.
