White condiment is a sort of white balsamic, made of cooked white grape must and white wine vinegar. It has a lower level of acidity and a more delicate taste than Balsamic Vinegar. Light and delicate, milder and more aromatic than white vinegar due to presence of cooked grape must. It is a perfect pairing for salads, raw veggies, marinades, fish and seafood. Gluten free (no starch added). No sugar added. Suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians.
