We work with organic and biodynamic small to medium scale Italian producers as we think they are closely connected to the agronomic heritage and their work protects and encourages biodiversity. It is also much easier to control the whole production chain in order to guarantee the maximum transparency. For us, real quality can only exist in the presence of sustainability and respect of all the actors: the farmers, with whom we created a friendly, passionate collaboration towards the same objectives; the environment; the cultural heritage and the consumers, who deserve to be offered the maximum clarity and transparency and the most delicious and nutritious food available.
